INTRODUCTION |

CT2000 is an intelligent keypad for controlling the access to any secured function. Key in the correct code and you gain access for a predetermined time. It is an electronic "key", which allows you to change the existing codes, add new codes or cancel some of the 100 codes in each pad at any time. It is for access control, opening doors, turning on/off or working on a data bus to other units in the system.

The keypad is approved in high security class.
- It is waterproof, vandal proof and in an elegant slim line design.
- Finger touch - no mechanical switches.
- Up to 100 codes, up to 8 digits per code. The codes are separated in 13 groups for different purposes.
- 3 security levels: User, Master and Technician level.
- Blocking function after 4 wrong codes.
- 3 LEDs for 16 different settings.
- Tamper switch incorporated. Long life construction.
- Output by RS485 bus to other CT2000 products. Output by open collector, up to 500 mA. Output as impulse from 1 sec. to 50 hours, or toggle. Secured against short circuiting.
- Each keypad has its own selectable ID. |

A door bell function for optional output. Customers can order different labels according to their own request. The keypad has 4 modes: stand alone; inverse output; as a part of the CT2000 system; as an independent pad fitted to other systems. The keypad is programmable on the "label" or by a PC. Using both codes and tags, then add a Proximity reader, CT2000 Prox, which can be used to increase the security level. The higher security level is obtained by using the keypad on the RS485 bus together with 6 other CT2000 units. |
